“In 2002, about 100 caring supporters gathered for AIM’s first Gala, raising $20,000 – enough to sponsor the education of 40 children for one year. What began that evening as a modest gathering built around a powerful belief has now grown into a remarkable movement of compassion, commitment, and service. Today, for our 25th Annual Gala, nearly 900 of us are gathered here to celebrate how far we have come – and, more importantly, to look ahead to what we can accomplish together.” — Dr. Terry Papneja
AIM’s mission is rooted in a simple but powerful conviction: Education is one of the most sustainable ways to break the cycle of poverty. By providing safe hostels, nourishment, educational support, and skills training, AIM gives underprivileged children in rural India an opportunity to learn, grow, and build a better future for themselves and their families. Each child we support represents not only a life changed, but a family given new hope.
